Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed are not eligible for cancellation. However, in exceptional cases where the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order through our website (www.navkarma.in), Navkarma Ayurveda Private Limited may consider the cancellation request.
a) The acceptance of cancellation depends on the shipment of the product. If the shipment has been processed before cancellation (within 24 hours), cancellation will be allowed after deduction of applicable shipment charges or other statutory charges.
b) No cancellation of orders will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. For more information, please contact our customer care.

Refunds may take up to 15 working days from the approval of the refund request. Customers will be notified about the refund via email.

Navkarma Ayurveda Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders that are out of reach or difficult to ship. We also reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or deny any order for any reason.

Orders may be canceled due to limitations on product quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Navkarma Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent transactions or transactions violating the website's terms and conditions are suspected, at our sole discretion, with or without notification to the customer.

Navkarma Ayurveda Pvt Ltd reserves the right to request proof of identification from the customer at the time of delivery. Failure to provide identification may result in order cancellation.
Return/Exchange Policy and Procedure

Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered:
a) Customers must contact Navkarma Ayurveda immediately and inform customer service agents about any damage or wrong product delivered.
b) It is recommended to take pictures and record videos while opening the product packaging.

Customers must inform the company about the damaged or wrong product within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, no return/exchange will be entertained.

We do not accept returns sent directly to us. Customers need to lodge a return/exchange request through our customer care to initiate the process.

Procedure for Return/Exchange:
a) Customer care will contact you for preliminary information about the damage or wrong product delivered, including images and packaging details.
b) If the return/exchange request is accepted, the product will be forwarded to the concerned team for physical verification.
c) Once the product is received and verified, the status of return/exchange will be communicated within 24 hours.
d) Replacement of the product will take at least 15 days from the receipt of the damaged product.

Key Points for Returns:
a) Product must be returned in the original packaging box.
b) Product serial number should not be tampered with.
c) Product composition should not be altered.
d) Label, cartons, and other ancillary items attached to the product should be sent along with the product.
e) Free gifts included with the order must be returned with their original packaging and intact seals, labels, and barcodes.

No return/exchange allowed in the following cases:
a) Free products provided by Navkarma Ayurveda.
b) Customer refused to collect the delivery or was unavailable during delivery attempts.
c) Wrong or incorrect address provided by the customer.
d) Damage occurred after delivery.

Refund requests where exchange is possible will not be entertained.

Navkarma Ayurveda Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests based on the company's internal policy and on a case-by-case basis.
